How do I buy a ticket? +

Just head to the Tickets page, pick the tier you want and check out in a few clicks. You'll get email confirmation straight away.

Can I buy at the door? +

Yes, subject to availability. We recommend buying in advance, as the cheaper tiers sell out fast.

Is the ticket assigned to my name? +

Yes, every ticket is linked to the buyer's name to keep the event safe and secure.

What's the minimum age? +

All our events are strictly 18+. Photo ID is required at the door.

Is there a dress code? +

Depends on the event — themed parties usually require fancy dress. Check the details page for the specific event.

Is there parking at the events? +

Our partner venues are in central Dublin, with easy access to public transport. Check the map on each event page.

Can I get a refund on my ticket? +

Tickets are non-refundable, except if Metebras4 cancels the event, in which case a full refund is automatic.

Can an event be cancelled or rescheduled? +

In exceptional cases, yes. All ticket holders are notified straight away by email with instructions on refunds or date transfers.
